NESTA derived Framework for setting up a scaling strategy

This framework describes the four stages in developing a scaling strategy: clarifying aims and goals for scaling, establishing what to scale up, choosing a route to scale, gearing up to deliver a scaling strategy. It was made as part of the Net Zero Cities project and is derived from the NESTA scale-up report also held in this catalogue..
