About the event

Have you heard of the Soil Deal for Europe, also known as the Soil Mission? Or the network of Soil Health Living Labs or Lighthouses? Are you curious to learn more, or to find ways to get involved in future funding opportunities?

For this event, attendees can expect to learn about the Soil Mission, the SOILL project and services, future funding opportunities all while gaining a better understanding of the “what, why and how” of Soil Health Living Labs and Lighthouses - from how they are defined, to why they bring value in todays’ world, to how their performance can be assessed. The event will also include a presentation from an active Soil Health Living Lab who will share their story.

Attendees will be invited to engage through Q&A, or through pitching their own organizations or ideas to support in matchmaking and consortia building (see instructions below).

This online event is the first of a series of public events hosted by SOILL Stepup aiming to promote the upcoming funding opportunities – all designed around relevant thematics for potential interested applicants.

Interested in pitching? Instructions:

Participants looking for partners will have a unique opportunity to present their organisations and ideas for project proposals in front of the audience in the form of a brief oral presentation (2 minutes).

For the presentation during the pitching session please use the template provided in the Resources Tab. Only one presentation per entity is accepted. Due to time constraints, the selection criteria will follow the next order or preference: First come first served basis, presentation order during the event will be in accordance to the date of reception of the final version of PowerPoint presentation.
